A Note About Substitutions
We make it a priority to support local businesses by including their products in our giftboxes. We therefore seek your kind understanding should certain items become unavailable on short notice. In the event an item is unavailable at the time of your order, we reserve the right to substitute an item of the same type, of equal or greater value, and as close to your original item as possible. We ensure all product substitutions meet our high design and quality standards.
Delivery Details
As our giftboxes are made to order, kindly allow 1-2 business days for preparation and delivery upon order confirmation and payment.
If you require your gift to be delivered by the next day, please place your order before 11am. Otherwise, the order will be delivered after 2 business days, or on another selected delivery date.
Once order has been processed, any change in delivery location or wrong address will incur a new shipping fee.
